Newly renovated, very nice suite with its own entrance, laundry, full kitchen and living area. Room for rent is about 10x14 with an extra large storage closet attached and mini-fridge. Driveway parking with plug in. All utilities included, including long distance. Security deposit to be discussed.
This is not just a room for rent - this is a HOME. The tenant that is leaving has been with me for four years. The remaining two tenants (both Caucasian) have been here five years plus and one year plus respectively.
This is an introductory rate for the first two months only because I truly believe that if you come to live here, you will not want to leave. As of the third month the rent will increase to $900 per month (still a reduction from the original $1100 it used to be). This may seem high compared to others out there, but the tenant who rented one room for $1100 saw it and simply said - absolutely, it was the best he'd seen.
