On last Wednesday, 26th June 2013, the President of the United State of America, Barak Obama made a telephonic contact with Karzai, the so called head of Kabul administration, who was badly embarrassed by the martyrdom attacks of 25th June, on the Defense Ministry and Arianna Hotel, the centre of CIA in Kabul. According to the media, both sides have reiterated their pledge of negotiations with the Taliban’s representatives and supported the presence of their office in Doha, the capital of Qatar.

This commitment was reiterated while two days ago on 23rd June, John Kerry, the American foreign secretary spoke about the possible closure of this office. The White House, itself issued contradictory statements about this issue, because on 18th June, Obama called the inauguration of this office as a significant step forward.

Now the question is that why are the American authorities confused and perplexed? Why don’t they have a firm stance? Whether the Americans are really determined to negotiate with the representatives of the Islamic Emirate?

The Americans are defying those realities which could guarantee peace and stability inside Afghanistan. They are protracting the duration by hook or crook. Sometimes, they instigate Karzai and the next time they pretend themselves to be the white pigeon i.e. the symbol of peace. Besides the vexing and killing a large number of Afghans, they say that they have done nothing; rather they say that it is your internal contention and you should solve it yourselves.

On the other side, Karzai, who had been blowing his pumps for negotiations with the Islamic Emirate for a long period, has been disgraced today to the extent that his policy of abscondence and hypocrisy is being condemned by both, the nation as well as the international community. The authorities of the western world have not discerned that the officials of the Kabul admin do not have the courage of facing the representatives of the Islamic Emirate. This is the reason that the international media have responded to their recent acts with suspicion and abhorrence and have condemned their anti-peace activities; rather they have called it the origination of their collapse and extinction.

It seems that both the indigenous and alien enemies of Afghanistan have realized, on one side, the fundamental peace plan of the Islamic Emirate (i.e. the end of occupation and founding of an Islamic government) and on the other side, they have been embarrassed by the constancy and invariable stance of the Islamic Emirate; because they have discerned that our strongly determined Jihadi leadership which is a role model for us, is desirous of a political solution for the Afghan dilemma as an outcome of the Holy Jihad which was launched for defending our Islamic and national values and for getting freedom and independence for our nation. We consider it our Islamic and National obligation.

This is an irrefutable fact that the solution of Afghan predicament needs a sound reason, rational policy and a conscientious diplomacy. This issue can never be solved by force, intimidation, emotions, dreams of Mujahidin’s surrender, skimpy talks and false promises. These tactics have completely exhausted in the past two decades. They have been in-vain and the situation is deteriorating day by day. So the Americans should give up all these curved ways. They should involve their rational and experienced people just as the leadership of the Islamic Emirate has done, for finding a sustainable solution of this dilemma. They should first analyze the ground realities and then find a solution for it just as an expert physician who detects the disease first and then advises a remedy for it.
