Kidnapper handed penalty in Pashtoon Zarghoon

HERAT, Jun. 09 – Reports from Pashtoon Zarghoon district say that Mujahideen handed the death penalty to a kidnapper today.
Kamal, the son of Abdul Ghafoor from Injeel district’s Khushbashan village, Herat province, who kidnapped the 9-year old son of a businessman (Ahmad Naseer) a while ago for the ransom of $60,000 before martyring him, was detained by Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate on 08/06/13 at 01:00 pm local time.
With the capture, heirs of the child demanded their rights and a penalty be dished out to the perpetrator.
Mujahideen immediately handed the criminal over to the district court where the said person admitted his crimes without any compulsion on top of which 4 witnesses testified against him after which the initial court ruled him ‘ساعي بالفساد’ (corrupter) and forwarded his case to the provincial court which also upheld the decision, handing the case over to the high court of Islamic Emirate which also upheld the ruling and after getting approval from all courts, the leadership of Islamic Emirate ruled that the court order be implemented.
All praise be to Allah, the Mujahideen in Pashtoon Zarghoon district handed the said criminal penalty in presence of locals around the district center this morning and delivered the Muslims from his evil.
