Afghanistan : Mujahideen in Chinartu district shoot down medical helicopter

URUZGAN, Jun. 12 – Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate have shot down an ISAF medical helicopter in Chinartu district, according to officials reporting from Uruzgan.

The rocket attack took place at around 07:00 am local time on Tuesday in Kalatak area, causing the chopper to catch fire in mid-air before violently crashing onto the ground, killing all the Us-nato personnel aboard however their exact numbers could not be determined.

This incident comes on the same day in which Mujahideen also shot down an attack helicopter in Panjwaee district which crashed onto the ground and was destroyed in a blazing fire, killing all the crew aboard.
