Former President Nicolas Sarkozy was found guilty of "criminal conspiracy" by the Paris Criminal Court on September 25, 2025. For these acts, he was sentenced to five years in prison, with a deferred committal order, in the case of Libyan financing of his 2007 campaign; this was justified by the preparation of "corruption at the highest possible level." The former president is summoned to appear in court on October 13, 2025, to review the date, place, and conditions of his imprisonment. In a 400-page, highly reasoned judgment, as early as 2005, Nicolas Sarkozy "allowed his close associates" to approach the Libyan authorities in this regard. The arrest warrant, based on a criminal conspiracy, was strongly justified by the Paris Criminal Court: "It is an offense against the Nation, against the Republic; you held ministerial positions; you were responsible for ensuring compliance with the Constitution. You approved the meeting of your colleagues with Abdallah Senoussi (married to Gaddafi's sister, Safia Farkash, and convicted in 1999 for the attack on CD-10, UTA, on September 19, 1999), in order to prepare a corruption pact at the highest level. These are facts of exceptional gravity, likely to undermine the confidence of citizens in those who represent them."
According to Médiapart, as early as 2006, GADHAFI had promised to finance Sarkozy's 2007 presidential campaign with 50 million euros, through a note dated December 10, 2006, from Moussa KOUSSA, head of the Libyan secret services. However, the Criminal Court only retained the charge of criminal conspiracy. Indeed, Nicolas Sarkozy was convicted for having organized, through two of his collaborators, who suggested this fundraising operation: Claude Guéant, sentenced to 6 years in prison, but a committal warrant was not issued due to his state of health; Brice Hortefeux, whose participation in this operation is limited, received a 2-year prison sentence, which can be reduced. Eric Woerth, treasurer, was acquitted. On the other hand, Alexandre DJOURI, a very close friend of the former president, and Wahib NACER, his former banker, were sentenced, respectively, to 6 and 4 years in prison, with a remand warrant at the hearing.
A section of the Le Pen-led right, conservative, driven by a royalist spirit of inequality before the Law, believes that politicians are above all else and benefit from a talisman of absolute immunity. In their conception of an aristocratic, two-tier justice system, only the small, the weak, especially those of color, who are by principle "scum," should fill the prisons. This conviction of Nicolas Sarkozy would be "a judicial coup d'état against the separation of powers," says Henri Guaino. It is "a show of force disguised as justice," says Mathieu Bock-Coté. This spectacular fall of Sarkozy is the work of "left-wing judges," says Philippe Berry.
In fact, Nicolas SARKOZY, the man who wanted to "vitrify" Laurent GBAGBO, a former president of Ivory Coast (11 years of illegal detention at the ICC and acquitted), is a repeat offender, a regular in the criminal courtroom, associating with criminals. Indeed, in his obsessive and unhealthy relationship with money, Paul BISMUTH was prosecuted for abuse of weakness, but in vain, with a dismissal, in 2013, concerning the wealthy heiress of L'Oréal, Ms. Liliane BETTENCOURT (1922-2017). The "Paul Bismuth" affair is linked to illegal telephone tapping. The former was found guilty of having attempted to obtain secret information from a magistrate at the Court of Cassation, Gilbert AZIBERT, from another case concerning him (the Bettencourt case). In exchange, the former president is said to have promised to intervene on behalf of the magistrate so that he obtains a prestigious position in Monaco.
Nicolas Sarkozy was sentenced in 2021 to three years in prison, including one year to be served under an electronic tag, and a three-year ban on civil rights. In 2024, the Court of Cassation upheld this sentence. In the so-called Bygmalion case, concerning the accounts of his 2012 presidential election campaign, he concealed the overdrafts in his accounts, and for this, at first instance, he was sentenced on September 30, 2021, to one year in prison, and on appeal on February 14, 2024, to one year, including six months in prison. On October 8, 2025, his appeal will be examined by the Court of Cassation. Furthermore, he was indicted in October 2023 for “concealment of witness tampering” and “participation in a criminal conspiracy to prepare fraudulent trials by an organized gang”, following the retraction of his testimony, of Libyan financing, by the Franco-Lebanese Ziad TAKIEDDINE. Other corruption cases are currently under investigation (Awarding of the World Cup to Qatar in 2022, with the involvement of Michel PLATINI, Pre-contract of 2 million euros for his ex-friend François de La BROSSE; €500,000 for a consulting contract with the Russian insurance group Reso-Garantia).
For him, "the African man has not entered history," through his conviction, he has established an unprecedented fact in France: he entered history through the back door, a former president will be a convict. It is therefore, for Nicolas SARKOZY, an infamous conviction, after Marshal PETAIN, after the Liberation, sentenced to death on August 15, 1945, a sentence communal to life imprisonment, incarcerated, died on July 23, 1951, in Port-Joinville on the island of Yeu, where he will be buried. Finally, in this trial, lies were denounced, contempt for the court, in a clan defense strategy. In particular, the financial prosecutor's office severely castigated "an inconceivable, unheard-of corruption pact; a pact concluded with a bloodthirsty regime, with the objective of supporting the financing of the campaign of the man who would become the 6th President of the Republic." The prosecution found lies, interference, and manipulation. Nicolas Sarkozy was described as a man "driven by a devouring personal ambition."
At a time when a large part of the press is being bought up by high finance, it is an investigation into criminal conspiracy by Mediapart that is at the root of the fall of Nicolas SARKOZY, who believed himself to be untouchable, all-powerful. Indeed, if the truth has come to light, it is because Edwy PLENEL's newspaper Mediapart has a lot to do with it. "Only our readers can buy us," is the motto of this famous and indomitable online newspaper by Edwy PLENEL. Ultimately, this media hype from the press groups of the forces of Chaos, of the society of lies, dissimulation, and exploitation, had ended up confusing everything in our minds. In the end, honest people even go so far as to blame themselves or self-flagellate. This is the considerable advance of fascism, of uninhibited totalitarianism, in Western democracies, a clever brainwashing. But we will resist the ill winds of our time, against this veritable Gulag archipelago that is being established. "I do not have the strength, small individual that I am, to oppose the enormous totalitarian machine of lies, but I can, at least, ensure that I am not a point of passage," wrote Alexander Solzhenitsyn (1918-2008).
I – Are the powerful, the rich and white-collar criminals above the law?
A – Who is the scum ?
In October 2005, two days before the death of Zyed BENNA and Bouna TRAORé, electrocuted after trying to escape a police check, Nicolas SARKOZY spoke on the Argenteuil slab and proposed to clean up the "scum" with a pressure washer. A theorist of national identity, he thought that racialized people were, in principle, all delinquents. But, on this 20th anniversary of the unjust deaths of Bouna and Zied, which caused serious unrest and unspeakable anger in the suburbs, between electronic bracelets and arrest warrants, who is really the scum?
Following his judicial scandals and all the convictions of Paul BISMUTH, the man who claimed to be fighting against "scum" has indeed become a repeat offender. Indeed, Nicolas SARKOZY, prosecuted in a dozen cases, demonstrates the confidence that can be placed in this republican justice system of France. These trials of Paul BISMUTH attest to the hope that Justice will be seen as a forfeiture, not only for past crimes, but also for the universal suffrage betrayed during the last legislative elections of 2024.
In his slander and his sovereign contempt for the other, the theorist of national identity, the one who legitimized racist and xenophobic ideas in France, Nicolas SARKOZY had not only associated, in September 2020, the "Negroes" with the "Monkeys", the Quotidien program on TMC, and in Grenoble, on July 30, 2010, aligning himself with the rhetoric of the National Front, a possible expiry of nationality, for French people of immigrant origin, which would lead to the life of a police officer or a representative of public authority. For Paul BISMUTH and his camp, these "French people of papers" or foreigners would be nothing more than delinquents, cheats and indolent people wanting only to take advantage of social benefits. He had introduced, insidiously and skillfully, the poison of hatred by praising or glorifying this "France that gets up early". This rhetoric of systematic, confusing and fundamentally dishonest slander is not based on the fact that since the 1960s, the most difficult, precarious and often poorly paid jobs have been occupied, in the majority, by racialized people, this "France that gets up early". One only has to take the metro or the RER in Paris at 6 a.m. to be convinced of this "migratory submersion", but on the value of work. If they all went on strike one day, we would better see the usefulness of their presence in this country.
"Who would have imagined General de Gaulle being indicted?" quipped François Fillon, in his competition against Nicolas Sarkozy? François Fillon himself has taken a "jacket" both figuratively and literally, since he has now been accused of his wife's fictitious employment and his suits. Indeed, on June 17, 2025, François Fillon was definitively sentenced to four years in prison, suspended, a €375,000 fine, and five years of ineligibility. He has filed an appeal in cassation. We now know that Paul BISMUTH has been definitively convicted in the wiretapping case and is wearing an electronic bracelet. The former president is under investigation in the financing of his 2007 presidential campaign and in connection with Ziad TAKIEDDINE's retraction. Other criminal cases await repeat offender Paul BISMUTH, notably the Bygmalion affair, involving a system of false invoices.
Nowadays, Nicolas SARKOZY's friends, Moussa DARMANIN, Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, and Bruno RETAILLEAU, Minister of the Interior, want to undermine the authority of judges, by extending the powers of the police, by criminalizing the offense of illegal residence, as well as an extension of detention periods for illegal aliens, but also of committal warrants, for short sentences, concerning offenses committed by racialized people. Every day, in this implementation of the Code of Indigenous Rights, the two Sarkozy ministers have a new proposal for an attack on the freedoms and dignity of racialized people, who are gradually losing all rights as human beings, as in the days of slavery. "The African man has not entered into history," said Nicolas SARKOZY, alias Paul BISMUTH.
B – Is the “Republicans” party the party of honest people?
Bruno RETAILLEAU, Minister of the Interior, who has become president of the Republicans party and a likely candidate for the 2027 presidential elections, claims in a poster that his political organization would be the "Party of Honest People." Are white-collar criminals worthy and honorable?
Jean-Marie Le Pen called his party a family business, "with its head held high," but Marine Le Pen's recent conviction rhymes with "Dirty hands, head down," according to a headline in the newspaper L'Humanité. On March 31, 2025, Marine Le Pen was sentenced for embezzlement of public funds to four years in prison, two of which are suspended, and five years of ineligibility with provisional execution. The appeal hearing will finally be held from January 13 to February 12, 2026.
Among the Republicans, the legal skeletons in the closet are multiplying. Indeed, Claude GUÉANT, an arrogant and unbearable man, when he was Minister of the Interior, has become a repeat offender. In addition to the criminal penalty of September 25, 2025, to 6 years in prison, Claude GUÉANT, a harsh and unfair man towards racialized people, had already been sentenced, in 2022, by the Paris Court of Appeal in the so-called "cash bonuses" case. Indeed, from July 2002 to March 2004, Claude GUÉANT received 210,000 euros in cash taken from "investigation and surveillance costs." For these facts on appeal, Claude GUÉANT was sentenced to 2 years in prison and probation, a five-year ban on holding any public office, a fine of 75,000 euros and the reimbursement of 105,000 euros in damages.
Claude Guéant, a cultured and intelligent man, who now has a long criminal record, a gunman for Paul Bismuth, had distinguished himself in his racist statements, with great stigmatizing baseness. "Not all civilizations are equal," he had said. The increase in "Muslims in France, with a certain behavior, poses a problem," he had. "France must remain France," he specified. To combat the delinquency committed by a segment of the population "who have made violating criminal law a way of life," they must be expelled, en masse, demanded the UMP.
Rachida Dati, the former Minister of Justice, mayor of the 7th arrondissement, and now Minister of Justice, has a legal agenda ahead of her. Rachida Dati, suspected by the courts of having received €900,000 from a Renault-Nissan subsidiary, without any real compensation, while she was an MEP, has been referred to the criminal court for corruption and influence peddling in the Renaud-Carlos Ghosn affair, who is on the run in Lebanon.
Finally, when Paul BISMUTH speaks of "scum," one must be wary of words. White-collar crime is also, and above all, scum. "The defeat of journalism always heralds the decline of freedom," wrote Edwy PLENEL in "The Value of Information" in 2018. The rich and powerful protect themselves, and the little ones must pay the price for the slightest infraction. An undocumented foreigner can be detained for 90 days, and some want to extend this period of deprivation of liberty to 7 months, and criminalize illegal residence, which François MITTERRAND had repealed.
II – For diligent, equal and fair justice for all, young and old alike
Justice, like a free and independent press, must be defended, very vigorously; it is the fundamental foundation of the rule of law, of democracy. However, the forces of Chaos intend to undermine it, to install a dictatorship. Indeed, Moussa DARMANIN, Keeper of the Seals, Minister of Justice, and François BAYROU, theorist of migratory submersion, negotiated, publicly, in the middle of a session of the National Assembly, to avoid censorship, that Marine LE PEN, a thief, be tried quickly, before the 2027 presidential elections. The rhetoric of the forces of Chaos is constantly to discredit the rule of law, the judges, on the supposed grounds that justice is lax towards racialized people, who, in principle, are all potential delinquents. But when a white-collar criminal is caught red-handed, everyone shouts about the government of judges, and sometimes even threatens or insults the judges, as in the Marine Le Pen affair. Indeed, Marine LE PEN, guilty of embezzlement, sentenced to 4 years in prison with two firm terms, as well as 5 years of ineligibility with provisional execution, will be tried on appeal, from January 13 to February 12, 2026. Although racism is a crime in France, the one who has made it her business, and who constantly castigates foreigners, is indeed a thief, a delinquent; she has showered a good part of her family, the money of the European Union, but wants to place herself above the Laws of the Republic. We must expand and build new prisons, it is not for her, but for others, the racialized.
In these instructions from the Minister of Justice for this two-tier justice system, he wants to lock up the minor children of racialized people, even for short sentences, crack down on small-time drug dealers, and, naturally, spare the big shots of all trafficking, hidden in the wealthy neighborhoods and now respected. I remind you that 2026 is the 20th anniversary of Bouna and Zied burning in an electrical transformer, the families of 130 young people, suffocated to death by the police, including Adama Traoré, have been waiting for more than 20 years. In Paris, in many squats, in the 1980s, foreigners, undocumented immigrants. A can of gasoline, a hundred victims and the owners of these buildings, with criminal eviction methods, have never been worried. The life of every individual is sacred. If the Minister of Justice is in good spirits, let justice finally be done. Because of these differentiated treatments, we are moving in Europe towards a system of racial segregation, as in the United States after the Civil War, through a system of Apartheid, organizing "a privilege of the white man", to use an expression of Jean-Paul SARTRE, and stripping the racialized of his fundamental rights, the right to diligent and equitable Justice, which is not linked to his nationality, but to his quality as a Human. "Justice delayed, Justice denied", said the African-American judge, Thurgood MARSHALL (1908-1993).
In this conception of the forces of Chaos of a fierce Justice towards the weak and lax, for the powerful, "this privilege of the white man", who have become respectable people, look for the error. Thus, Roman POLANSKI, director, who raped Samantha GEIMER in the United States, who was only 13 years old, fled the United States to take refuge in Switzerland. If he returned to the United States, it would be straight to prison. But Roman POLANSKI was applauded and awarded a César in France, on February 28, 2020, at the Salle Pleyel, in Paris. The case of the great sexual predator, who attacked underage girls, Jeffrey EPSTEIN (1953-2019) and who has now committed suicide, concerns personalities in France, and who have never been worried. Major sexual predators, from the Church, even from charities, or showbiz artists, have not yet been brought to justice, as long as they have the right color. Thus, Johnny HALLYDAY (1943-2017), accused of rape and who owes 10 million euros to the taxman, was entitled to a national tribute, at the taxpayers' expense. Donald TRUMP, a major sexual predator, racist, homophobic, conspiracy theorist, is re-elected President of the United States.
Captains of industry, who have often dipped into the till, have often benefited from great complacency on the part of the political class. This is the case of Carlos GOHN, with his royal birthday at the Palace of Versailles. It took the Japanese justice system to get involved, for us to suddenly remember that Carlos GOHN, who had a tendency to mix up corporate funds with his own, fled to Lebanon. This affair will tarnish Rachida DATI, former Minister of Justice, mayor of the 7th arrondissement and still Minister of Culture. Vincent BOLLORÉ's mafia-like practices in Africa are well-known and are still dragging on in French justice. It was Vincent BOLLORÉ, in 2010, who helped Alpha CONDE, who has since become a bloodthirsty dictator in Guinea, to transform her 17% in the first round into a resounding victory in the second round. It is above all Vincent BOLLORÉ who is building a press empire for the forces of Chaos, a great threat to democratic pluralism, this force concentrating information in the hands of the powerful.
François Bayrou, theorist of migratory submersion, was censored on the issue of major budgetary constraints. However, it is not said enough: illegal immigration is a great boon for businesses, instead of relocating, massively using undocumented immigrants, to pay social security contributions. Consequently, these many rogue business leaders, who commit massive fraud and do not pay their contributions, are delinquents. A circular dated January 23, 2025, from the Minister of the Interior Bruno Retailleau, and an order dated May 21, 2025, establishing the list of professions in shortage and the geographical areas, were published.
Therefore, the administration theoretically started from a good feeling, that those who live from their work, are honest and useful to France, should be regularized and employers will pay contributions and social charges. However, in practice, these regularizations are a trap for foreigners who want to be regularized. Indeed, in the prefectures, instead of giving foreigners a chance, it is often a trap of the Minister of the Interior and president of Les Républicains, who will rummage through the garbage, since their entry into the country, and find fallacious arguments to issue them with an obligation to leave the territory, and especially a ban from French territory. "Gentlemen, you no longer have a place in France, and you are not welcome. You can leave with dignity or by force. It would be a win-win for you, and for us, if you choose the first solution," says Alexandre BRUGERE, Prefect of Hauts-de-Seine. The Essonne Prefecture, infamously, refuses to process applications for regularization, and the Bobigny Prefecture has canceled all applications for regularization, on the alleged grounds that it itself changed the protocol, the procedure depending on the whim of each Prefect. The processing times are so long. Undocumented immigrants are asked to produce the last 12 months of pay slips, while they are still in an irregular situation, undeclared; these procedures represent a serious denial of justice for racialized people. However, a rule of law should not be subject to the whims of the Administration, according to national or ethnic origin; beware of Algerians, it is better to be Ukrainian or British. The rule of law, not being variable geometry, must be clear, predictable, intelligible and the same for all. In this regime of apartheid and racial segregation, the dematerialization of the residence permit system, which concerns precisely those with legal status, is the biggest scam of our time. Instead of streamlining and facilitating the renewal of residence permits, those with legal status very often fall into an irregular situation, with some prefectures refusing to grant them an appointment. It is through simple circulars that many racialized people's rights are being called into question. This is how the circular of May 2, 2025, on naturalization, by Bruno RETAILLEAU, Minister of the Interior and President of Les Républicains, supposed to come into effect on January 1, 2026, is being applied by the Administration. If the applicant, even if long-standing and well-integrated, had been for a short time, their naturalization is refused.
Therefore, this conviction of Paul BISMUTH is a very strong signal from Justice. Indeed, no one, including Prefects or Politicians, should be above the law, which protects us all. Another big Bravo to Médiapart and the Judges, guarantors of the rule of law, who deserve our great respect!
