Dr Paul Bensussan is not a child psychiatrist.
He was not part of the panel of 7 experts who validated the words of the minor victims. He never met or examined them. He actually has no official role in the case.
However, he succeeded in imposing the controversial parental alienation theory on the Outreau case. His reasoning was consistent with the defense strategy of now acquitted pedophiles who claimed that Myriam Badaoui invented everything and made her children lie.
When we search for Outreau Case on Google, we come across one of his articles, which has no scientific basis and which is even false given the results of the trials (12 children recognized as victims and 4 adults definitively convicted).
