TANT PIS POUR CELLES ET CEUX QUI S’Y COMPLAISENT EN ESSAYANT PAR TOUS LES MOYENS DE CONTRAINDRE LES CAMEROUNAIS ET LES OBSERVATEURS ÉTRANGERS AU SILENCE. ILS NE RÉÉCRIRONT PAS CETTE PAGE RÉCENTE DE L’HISTOIRE POLITIQUE DU CAMEROUN GRAVÉE À JAMAIS DANS LA MÉMOIRE COLLECTIVE.
Il est impératif de rappeler que ces vérités historiques doivent être répétées face à une crise de la réalité massive que le régime zombifié de Yaoundé s’efforce d’occulter. Parce que les changements monumentaux qui s’opèrent actuellement dans notre pays ne peuvent être passés sous silence.
En effet nous passons d’un régime politique sclérosé, prisonnier d’un culte de l’immortalité obscène, à l’expression d’une population mature qui exprime avec force son désir de changement.
Nous devons donc reconnaître que les derniers soubresauts idéologiques et la propagande du régime ne parviennent pas à étouffer les luttes humaines colossales face au temps et au changement en cours dans le pays.
Notre rôle, en tant qu’organisation de défense des droits humains, est de continuer à démontrer que les détails les plus quotidiens et les plus intimes de la vie de nos compatriotes ordinaires sont eux-mêmes les vecteurs d’une connaissance historique qui s’oppose à la réalité imposée par le régime zombifié de Yaoundé, et qui révèlent la manière dont l’histoire se vit réellement dans notre pays, puis surtout la capacité des Camerounais ordinaires à façonner un avenir différent dans la douleur.

CAMEROON: It is essential to remember how the 92-year-old despot Paul Biya openly stole the victory from his challenger, Issa Tchiroma Bakary, who has been hunted to death ever since.
No amount of deceitful propaganda or murderous repression can erase this truth, now written and known throughout the world.
Too bad for those who revel in this, trying by any means to silence Cameroonians and foreign observers. They will not rewrite this recent chapter of Cameroon’s political history, forever etched in the collective memory.
These historical truths must be repeated in the face of a massive crisis of reality that the zombified regime in Yaoundé is trying to conceal the monumental changes actually occurring in our country as we are transitioning from a political dead regime stucked in a cult of immortality obscene to the expression of a mature population forcefully expressing its desire for change.
Thus, we must recognize how the regime’s last gasp of ideology and propaganda are failing to mute that gigantic human struggles with time and change and our job as a human right organization is to continue to demonstrate the mundane and intimate details of our ordinary Cameroonians’ lives are themselves the conduits of historical knowing against the imposed reality of the zombie-like regime of Yaoundé and the ways that history is actually lived in the country and the capacity of ordinary Cameroonians to make the future otherwise.
