Niels Bohr (1885-1962), l'un des inventeurs de la physique quantique, formule autrement cet apparent paradoxe: "Le contraire d'un simple fait, c'est une erreur; le contraire d'une vérité profonde cela peut être une autre vérité profonde."
Rabindranath Thakur, dit Tagore (1861-1941) formule cette pensée similaire: "If you shut the door to all errors, truth will be shut out."
