Armand Mazloumian has more than 15 years of experience in the world of retail, the development of French brands in China, e-commerce and marketing in China. He has held management positions in France and China in the retail sector, lived in China 8 years (Qingdao and Beijing) and worked as a consultant for more than 12 years for major names in French fashion and luxury for whom he built brand strategy, retail and e-commerce.
He has advised major international groups in their strategy for 15 years such as Chronopost, La Banque Postale, the Aix-en-Provence Tourist Office, premium brands such as Bastide, Fusalp, Beautigloo, Rose and Marius, Longchamp and worked for groups with references like Lancôme, LVMH, L'Oréal, Yves Rocher, Baume and Mercier, Aigle, Dom Perignon, Saint-James, Aimer 爱慕, BEAUTY PLUS 美 丽加芬, Zhaoliang 兆 亮
He was the Ambassador of Aix-en-Provence City's Tourist Office to China and Head of China Strategy for Chronopost, France’s leader in express delivery of parcels up to 30kg for businesses and individuals.

Recently, at La Banque Postale Group (one of the fives largest French banks) focus on providing digital and innovative payment solutions to its customers, he built the Chinese e-payments (Alipay, WeChat Pay) strategy to European retailers.
He is also a mentor for French startups in the luxury sector, which he advises on their projects in China.
