C'était samedi, en Seine-Saint-Denis. France Nature Environnement organisait son 36e Congrès à Montreuil.

Les candidats passent beaucoup de temps dans les trains en ce moment, et donc il est normal qu'il y a des rencontres  et des embrassades, vraies ou fausses. Gérer l'image et comment les médias vont interpréter ou raconter l'histoire d'une image, même quand il n'y a pas d'histoire à raconter...that is the question!

This French word immediately brings to mind images of rioting youth, mainly of Arab and African origin, and all the social problems of an impoverished municipality that we equate with the inner city in America or "projects" in Britain. The banlieue in fact refers to the belt of towns and villages that surround a large city, such as Paris, before arriving again into the country side; (a certain distance; une lieue).
