Le 19 Octobre 2017, Henda Ayari portait plainte contre Tariq Ramadan pour viol dans le sillage du mouvement #BalanceTonPorc. Un an et demi plus tard, le bilan de l’enquête prouve que la quadragénaire a menti à de multiples reprises.

The investigation conducted by the Criminal Brigade during these last months is very clear: the two plaintiffs’ testimonies, Henda Ayari and Paule-Emma Aline, are not reliable. Nevertheless, the judges insist on building a case against Tariq Ramadan and do not take into consideration the Criminal Brigade investigations’ conclusions although the investigation was commissioned by them!

The Geneva report, commissioned by the Geneva Republic’s State Council, concluded that there was no objective reason to believe that the anonymous accusations made against Tariq Ramadan, are true. As has always been the case, some media outlets voluntarily choose to hide the facts and instead relay false information.

Le rapport genevois diligenté par le conseil d’Etat de la République et du canton de Genève conclut qu’aucun élément objectif ne permet de soupçonner Tariq Ramadan des accusations anonymes proférées à son encontre. Comme à leur habitude dans cette affaire, certains médias travestissent volontairement les faits et relayent de fausses informations.

La demande de remise en liberté du professeur Tariq Ramadan a été refusée ce lundi 29 octobre.

Si Tariq Ramadan ne bénéficie pas d’une procédure judiciaire équitable, il y a peu d'espoir pour les autres musulmans vivant en France.
